Contacted OConner Contracting for a partial roof replacement and repair. A small mishap with the incorrect spelling of my name (story of my life) but was quickly resolved by Austin and his team. Any and all questions were answered in a timely manner, before, during, and after the completed roof. The crew that came out was incredibly fast and they cleaned up after themselves incredibly well. 10/10 service and will definitely be my go to contractor from this point on for any projects too big for myself.

Kris and his crew are the BEST to work with! After completing my garage roof in 2020, I was a returning customer when it came time for my house roof to be replaced. They finished the job in less than 12 hours and Kris kept me updated throughout the day. He offered me the best pricing in the area and he was quick to get me scheduled. Couldn’t recommend O’Connor Contracting enough!

I got a hold of Austin regarding a roof replacement. He was super quick with a response, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional all the way from start to finish. He answered every question I had. He kept me updated with everything the entire process. His crew killed it with the install and as well as clean up. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Austin Higgins did a great job repairing where some shingles flew off in the winter storms. Stayed in communication, did the job quickly, and provided us some information on the general age of the roof, etc which was helpful as our house is new to us.

I had a couple leaks in my attic of my south buffalo 2 story house. Very steeply pitched roof, and the year built is 1910. Had to take care of this quickly and Austin did just that. He was easy to work with and reliable. He redid the flashing on my chimney and replaced some shingles that were blown off in the recent storms. Happy to have a go to roofer whom I trust! Thank you Austin for prioritizing my needs, being reasonable and reliable from start to finish, and for fixing my roof up in the bitter cold!

Very fast, quality work at a fair price. 10/10. Will recommend to everyone! When I had insurance issues during the closing of my house, they were there the same week and were able to not only fix the roof issue but give me peace of mind for another 25+ years! as the material that had been put there by the previous owners was not appropriate for my roof. Their expert was able to find all the potential issues and resolve them in a matter of hours. Don't hesitate to take them as contractors. You won't regret it!

We had a small leak in our roof, called many companies who would not come out for anything other than a full replacement. O’Connor sent someone over right away! Austin identified the problem and repaired it quickly! I will definitely call O’Connor first next time!

They were even able to match the price of a different company (though they were close to begin with) i chose them over the other company because of Austin’s customer service. I had water leaking through the ceiling one late evening last week. Didn’t know if it was an AC or roof issue at first. Contacted Austin who was ready to come the very next morning to help. It turned out to be an AC issue but I so appreciate Austin’s responsiveness.

Kris was performing an estimate for our neighbor and when asked, came over to take a look at our roof that had been damaged in the Spring hailstorm. Within a few days he was back with the estimate for the roof which included shingles, gutters, leaf guards and more. We got ambitious and decided to go for residing the house and he included that in the estimate as well. The siding had to be ordered and Kris kept in contact throughout that waiting period and as soon as it was ready, his crew went to work. They were there promptly in the morning and worked throughout 3 days to complete the job. His crew was very polite when asking our opinions on certain things. When the work was done, the clean-up was wonderful. We were very fortunate to have Kris handle this job since once we had the insurance approval; we weren’t sure where to look for a contractor. The house looks completely different and new and last night’s wind/rain storm was a great test of the workmanship! We recommend O’Connor Contracting for any home improvement needs and will certainly call Kris for any future projects we might have.

O'Connor Contracting was recommended to us by two neighbors after we had a roof leak. Kris O'Connor personally repaired the leak, and we then contracted with his company for a complete tear-off, trim, gutters, leaf guards, and a new roof on our shed. They have a large crew, all very professional and friendly, and they finished the entire job in just three days. Excellent price, top-quality work and materials, thorough clean-up! Also, the day after the project was completed and paid for, we noticed one small item that hadn't been finished. I texted Kris, and he sent two of his people the next day (Saturday) to take care of it. We're very happy with their work and highly recommend them to other homeowners. Definitely a five-star company.

I did research on roofing companies online but decided to go with Oconnor Contracting. Kris and his crew were highly recommended by various coworkers. I made an appointment with Kris and signed the contract. His crew was on time, professional, and did a great job with the clean up. They did an excellent job with my new roof and gutters. They completed the job in one day. What's great about Kris, unlike other contractors who forget about you after they do the job, is that he is available to take care of any concerns that you have. He'll send his crew to fix any issues until your completely satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Kris and his crew.

Kris and his guys were here last week for a roof repair. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and the outdoor area was left clean and intact. One thing that stood out was they shared the type of workplace camaraderie that creates a happy crew...happy crews can be hard to come by and this can only happen with a good leader. O'Connor Contracting is a MUST USE! They are excellent in their work ethic, professional, quick and neat. We got about 9 estimates. Everyone told us 2 days minimum. Kris O'Connor came out to our house with the best edtimate, told us the job would be done in 1 day and they'd be here around 8:00 am or 8:15. They showed up at 8:10am and were done at about 5:45pm. They had about 8 professional workers who knew their stuff! Our house was totally cleaned up at that time. Can't say anything but great things about these guys. They're the BEST! Call them first!

Kris was very professional and courteous when he came to give the estimate. He was very upfront about the work that actually needed to be done and didnt try to oversell the job. When it came time for the work to be done his guys were very polite and cared about how they presented themselves on the job site. It was nice and clean when they left and had no issues with the work done. I recommend them to anyone who ask's if I know any roofers. Great company all-around!
